If you spot a purchase you didn't make on your account, please contact us as soon as possible, either by contacting Customer Support or starting a Live Chat in your app.
Checking unrecognised purchases
Make sure it definitely wasn't you who made the purchase. You should check:
The store name β this can sometimes be different on a purchase
If a partner or family member used your card
You should also double-check it's not a payment for a purchase you made some time ago, or a fee for a Zilch feature. Make sure it's not:
A Zilch instalment for a Pay over 6 weeks or Pay over 3 months purchase
Keep your account safe
If you think you've spotted fraud on your account, we recommend that you change your Zilch password. You can do this by logging out of the Zilch app and then tapping Forgotten Password. You should also cancel your linked debit card and request a new one from your bank.
