Why can’t I log in?

Get help with logging in to your Zilch app.

Have a problem logging in? App updates can sometimes sign you out of the app. To fix this:

  • Fully close the app

  • Make sure you have the latest version of the app downloaded (you can check this in your app store)

  • Install any updates

  • Reopen the app and try logging in again

Logged in but can't shop?

If you're not able to make a new purchase in the app, this may be due to an account block.
