Have a problem logging in? App updates can sometimes sign you out of the app. To fix this:
Close the app completely
Check for updates in your app store
Install the latest version
Reopen the app and try logging in again
Using a new phone?
For extra security, we’ll double-check it’s really you when you log in on a new device.
First, we’ll send an email to confirm the login attempt
The email will prompt you to request an SMS code – we’ll send it to the number linked to your account
Then, simply enter the code into the app to log in securely. Never share this code. Zilch will never ask you for it. If someone does, hang up and contact us immediately.
Logged in but can't shop?
If you’re in the app but can’t make a purchase, your account might be blocked.
