Struggling to access your account? Don’t worry, here are a few tips to help…

Update your app…

Occasionally, we’ll make updates to the Zilch app. When this happens, you’ll need to download the latest version. Without the latest version, you might have problems logging in. Remember to fully close down the app before you update it.

Clear your cookies…

If you’re using the Zilch website and can’t log in, there might be a cookies or cache issue. Clear your cookies and cache and try again or try using a different web browser.
