If your account is blocked, you should be able to see a banner at the top of your Zilch app explaining that your account has been put on hold. If you can't log into the app, head to our article Why can't I log in?

We still need to verify your ID

You have outstanding payments
See more about missing payments.
You reported unrecognised payments
If you report fraud, we'll block your account for your security.
