Why is my account blocked?

Find out why your account is frozen.

If your account is blocked, you should be able to see a banner at the top of your Zilch app explaining that your account has been put on hold. If you can't log into the app, head to our article Why can't I log in?

There are a few reasons why your account may be blocked:

  • You have outstanding payments

    See more about missing payments.

  • You reported unrecognised payments

    If you report fraud, we'll block your account for your security.
