Zilch

You need to link a debit card to your account to start making purchases with Zilch. You can do this in the app:

- Open the Zilch app
- Go to My Account
- Go to Zilch account details
- Select Connect debit card

Your <a href="https://help.payzilch.com/en/articles/6684-what-is-pay-now">Pay now</a> purchases

Any <a href="https://help.payzilch.com/en/articles/8191-is-zilch-free-to-use">fees</a>

- Your instalments

- Any <a href="https://help.payzilch.com/en/articles/8191-is-zilch-free-to-use">fees</a>

If you're having issues linking your debit card successfully, please check the following:

Your card is registered to the same address as your Zilch account

You're not trying to link a credit, pre-paid or corporate card

- Your card isn't expired
- Your card is registered to the same address as your Zilch account
- You're not trying to link a credit, pre-paid or corporate card

Yes, you can, but the debit card must be your own and show your name (you can't link your partner's card).

You can change your card any time, but just so you know, we'll place a block on your account if your debit card is changed too often – this is to keep your account safe from <a href="https://help.payzilch.com/en/articles/6696-i-don-t-recognise-a-purchase">suspicious activity</a>.
