Zilch

If you've decided you no longer want to use Zilch, you should <a href="https://help.payzilch.com/en/articles/10452-how-do-i-close-my-zilch-account">deactivate your account</a> – your Zilch card will be cancelled as soon as you do this. 

If you've spotted something suspicious on your account and want to cancel your card for security, then please contact <a href="https://help.payzilch.com/en/articles/14874-how-to-contact-zilch">Customer Support</a> or start a <a href="com.payzilch.app://help?openChat=true" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Live Chat</a> in the app as soon as possible. We can cancel your current card and issue a replacement, usually within 2 working days. 

In some cases, you might need to re-link your debit card before you can use your new Zilch card. Remember, you'll also need to update your Zilch card in your <a href="https://help.payzilch.com/en/articles/161476-add-zilch-to-google-wallet">Google Wallet</a>, <a href="https://help.payzilch.com/en/articles/161482-add-zilch-to-apple-wallet">Apple Wallet </a>or <a href="https://help.payzilch.com/en/articles/161480-add-zilch-to-samsung-wallet">Samsung Wallet</a> if you've added it there.
