Missing an instalment can negatively impact your credit score or make your Zilch credit limit go down.
You can still make a late payment in the app if it's been less than 60 days since your due date:
Open the Zilch app
Go to Purchases
Select the purchase with your late instalment and pay
If it's been more than 60 days, we may pass your account to CRS who will work with you to clear your outstanding balance.
Does Zilch have a late fee?
No, Zilch never charges late fees or interest on your missed payments, but if you have too many missed payments, we may place a block on your account. If we do this, you won't be able to make a new purchase until you repay your outstanding instalments.
