Why have I been referred to CRS?

What do if CRS get in touch.

CRS stands for Credit Resource Solutions, the debt resolution agency that we may pass your Zilch account to when you have outstanding payments for more than 60 days.

If you're passed to CRS, you won't be able to make any new purchases with Zilch until you pay off your outstanding balance.

What does CRS do?

CRS will work with you to create a payment plan so you can pay off your outstanding instalments as quickly and easily as possible.

Can I still pay in the app?

No, once we've passed you onto CRS, you'll only be able to make payments through the new payment plan they create for you. Please note that we'll only pass you over to CRS after attempting to contact you directly – the quicker you respond to us, the less likely it is that we'll have to pass you to CRS.

Will this impact my credit score?

Yes. We'll only pass you to CRS if you've missed payments, and missing payments can negatively impact your credit score. The payments you make to CRS will not affect your credit score.

Can I still raise a dispute?

Any issues with your purchases, including disputes, will need to go through CRS once we've passed your account to them.

What about my IVA or DMP?

If you have an Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) or Debt Management Plan (DMP), you can share this information with CRS who can add your Zilch balance to them.

What if I've been made bankrupt?

If you’ve been made bankrupt, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help you manage any outstanding balance.
