You can earn Rewards every time you make a Pay now purchase with Zilch. You can also get bonus Rewards when you refer a friend to Zilch.

Pay now purchases made with Zilch Anywhere get 0.5% Rewards, but you can get up to 5% back in Rewards if you search for your store in the app and enable your card first. All you need to do is:
Open the Zilch app
Select Online or In-store
Search for your store
Select Pay now
Enable your card

Your Rewards will show in your app as soon as you complete checking out. You'll earn Rewards one time per purchase, not after each instalment.

You can add your Rewards to any purchase you make from a store that's listed in the Zilch app. Just search for your store, choose online or in-store, then enable your card and toggle them on:
Open the Zilch app
Select Online or In-store
Search for your store
Choose how you want to pay
Toggle Rewards on
Enable your card
Shop and checkout with your Zilch details
Pay over 6 weeks purchases have a minimum spend of £10, if applying Rewards makes your purchase less than £10, it will be made into a Pay now purchase.
Pay over 3 months purchases have a minimum spend of £75, if applying Rewards makes your purchase less than £75, it will be declined.
You still get Rewards back on any amount of a Pay now purchase you didn't make using Rewards, for example, if you make a £10 purchase and apply £2 in Rewards, you'll still get Rewards back on the remaining £8 you spend.

No, when you toggle your Rewards on, the whole amount will be applied.
If your Rewards are more than your total amount, they'll cover your whole purchase cost and the excess will remain in your Rewards balance.
If your Rewards are less than your total amount, they'll be applied in full and the rest will be paid for with your Zilch card.
Refunding Rewards

We don't refund the Rewards you apply to a purchase unless your purchase was cancelled by the store (and not by you). Your total refund amount will be the purchase total, minus the portion you paid with Rewards.
Just so you know, when you request a refund on a purchase, the Rewards you earned on the purchase (or part of the purchase) you return will also be removed from your account.
When you receive a refund on a Pay now purchase, the Rewards you earned on the refunded amount will be deducted from your Rewards balance. If you've already spent these Rewards, then your balance may go into negative numbers.
