Fees and Rewards are only refunded if the store cancels your purchase. If you cancel or return your purchase yourself, they won't be refunded.
Refunding Zilch fees
Any fees you paid to use Zilch Anywhere, Pay over 6 weeks or Pay over 3 months can't be refunded unless the store is responsible for cancelling or failing to complete your order.
Can I get a refund on my Rewards?
Rewards aren't refundable. If you part-paid for a purchase with Rewards, you'll be refunded the total minus the amount you paid in Rewards (and any fees you paid).

Contact us or start a Live Chat and we'll arrange a refund for any Rewards or fees.
