We work with two debt management agencies, CRS (Credit Resource Solutions) and Zinc. We may pass your Zilch account to one of these agencies when you have outstanding payments for more than 70 days.
If you're passed to CRS or Zinc, you won't be able to make any new purchases with Zilch until you pay off your outstanding balance. CRS or Zinc will work with you to create a payment plan so you can pay off your outstanding instalments as quickly and easily as possible.
Can I still pay in the app?
No, once we've passed you onto CRS or Zinc, you'll only be able to make payments through the new payment plan they create for you.
Will this impact my credit score?
We'll only pass you to CRS or Zinc if you've missed payments, and missing payments can negatively impact your credit score.
What about my IVA or DMP?
If you have an Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) or Debt Management Plan (DMP), you can share this information with CRS or Zinc who can add your Zilch balance to them.
