Fees and Rewards are only refunded if the store cancels your purchase. If you cancel or return your purchase yourself, they won't be refunded.

Refunding Zilch fees

Any fees you paid to use Zilch Anywhere, Pay over 6 weeks or Pay over 3 months can't be refunded unless the store is responsible for cancelling or failing to complete your order.

Can I get a refund on my Rewards?

Rewards aren't refundable. If you part-paid for a purchase with Rewards, you'll be refunded the total minus the amount you paid in Rewards (and any fees you paid).

Just so you know, when you request a refund on a purchase, the Rewards you earned on the purchase (or part of the purchase) you return will also be removed from your account.

When you receive a refund on a Pay now purchase, the Rewards you earned on the refunded amount will be deducted from your Rewards balance. If you've already spent these Rewards, then your balance may go into negative numbers.
