When you sign up to Zilch, you’ll be asked to share a valid form of government-issued ID, such as a passport or driving licence. We’ll use this to verify your identity.
How long does the Zilch verification process take?
Once we receive your proof of ID, verification usually takes up to five business days. During busy periods, it might take a bit longer.
