Zilch

Closing your account in the app will also deactivate your Zilch card immediately. To do this:

- Open the Zilch app
- Go to Account
- Select Settings
- Tap Deactivate account

You can't close your Zilch account if you still have payments due – please wait until you've made all your payments (or pay your instalments off early) before you close your account.

If you're closing your account because you <a href="https://help.payzilch.com/en/articles/6696-i-don-t-recognise-a-purchase">suspect fraud</a>, please get in touch first. We can cancel your card and issue you a new one without closing your Zilch account.
