Go to Zilch.co.uk
Head to Settings
Click Deactivate Account.
Via the app…
Open the app
Head to My Account
Select Personal Details
Click Deactivate Account.
What happens next?
We’ll close your account and your card will be cancelled within around 24 hours. It’s worth noting that, to comply with financial regulations, we’ll keep some of your personal data for a little while after your account has been deactivated. If you have an outstanding balance, the full amount will be debited from your linked bank card.
