How do I use vouchers with Zilch?

Add voucher and discount codes to your Zilch purchases.

We'll list any voucher codes that are available for your store when you search in the app. To do this:

  • Open the Zilch app

  • Tap Online or In-store

  • Search for your store

  • We'll show you how many vouchers are available

  • Choose how you want to pay

  • Enable your card

  • Shop as usual

  • When it's time to check out, come back to the app

  • Copy any available voucher codes and paste them into the voucher box on the checkout page

Do I still get Rewards if I use a voucher?

Yes. When you use Pay now to make a purchase, you'll always get Rewards, even if you use a voucher code.

My voucher code didn't work

If you're having issues with a voucher code, check on your store's site in case the code has been updated, discontinued or limited to certain customers i.e. new customers only.

Just so you know...

Getting money off your total purchase amount by using a voucher code might take you under the minimum spend for how you'd like to pay. Remember:

  • The minimum spend for Pay over 6 weeks is £10 – anything under this amount will be made as a Pay now purchase.

  • The minimum spend for Pay over 3 months is £75 – anything under this amount will be declined.
