Using vouchers and discount codes in the Zilch app is an easy way to save some money while you’re shopping at your favourite stores.
How can I apply a voucher to my purchase?
Applying a voucher to your purchase in the Zilch app is simple.
Log in to the storefront via the app or desktop and you’ll see a selection of featured vouchers to choose from. Alternatively, search the app for your favourite store and we’ll automatically show you if any vouchers are available.
Select the retailer of your choice and then How would you like to pay?
On the Enable Card page, the vouchers will be visible to view and select.
Select the voucher of your choice and click Enable card. The code will be automatically copied to your device clipboard.
The app will then redirect you to the retailer’s website where the code can be added at checkout.
What if the voucher doesn’t work?
There are a few reasons your voucher might not get applied to your purchase…
The voucher wasn’t activated before you enabled your card. Make sure you select your chosen voucher first – remember there might be more than one voucher to choose from.
You might not have agreed to the T&Cs of the voucher. These can be found after you’ve selected the voucher of your choice. Please click on T&Cs apply to accept the T&Cs.
The retailer might have provided the incorrect code. If you think this is the case, please contact the retailer you’ve purchased with.
The voucher might have expired. You can either go ahead with your purchase without the discount or try searching the app for more deals.
