We'll never ask you for sensitive account information
If anyone ever contacts you (even if they say they’re calling from Zilch) and asks for a:
Zilch card number
Account password or password recovery email
Then it is a fraudulent call.
Zilch will never ask you for sensitive account information. The police or
the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) would also never ask you for this.
Never click on suspicious links
If you receive a text or email with a link to a website you don’t recognise, don’t click on it. If do accidentally open a link, don’t enter any personal information on the site that loads.
Never respond to third party payment requests
We’ll never send you these. Any payment requests that send you to an unfamiliar site should be treated as fraudulent. If you’ve entered your details into one of these sites, contact us immediately.
Check for unusual phone numbers
If you receive a message or call that seems suspicious, please contact us to confirm that it really did come from us. Never respond to any messages you think are suspicious.
Double-check if unexpected messages are real
If an email, text or call seems strange or urgent, please contact us to double-check these messages are really from Zilch. You can reach out via Live Chat in the app or using the contact information on our website.
