You might notice sometimes that your Reward balance goes into negative numbers following a refund.
When you receive a refund on a Pay now purchase, the Rewards you earned on the refunded amount will be deducted from your Rewards balance. If you've already spent these Rewards, then your balance may go into negative numbers.
Do I have to pay back my negative Rewards?
No, you don't have to pay anything towards a negative Rewards balance and you can still use Zilch as usual. Any Rewards you earn on new purchases will go towards covering your negative balance, so you won't be able to apply Rewards to a purchase until your balance is back to positive figures.
