What to do if you're unhappy with an order.

If your order hasn't arrived or is damaged on arrival, there are a few things you can do.

Contact the store

Zilch is only a payment method – your order itself is packed and posted by the store, so if you're having an issue with your items, please contact the store directly.

Make a purchase dispute

If you contact the store and don't get a response within 14 days, we can help you raise a purchase dispute.
