Not happy with your order? Here’s what you can do about it

We’re sorry to hear your shopping experience wasn’t amazing… If the item you ordered arrived damaged, wasn’t as described or didn’t arrive at all, there are a couple of things you can do.

In the first instance, you should contact the store directly. Unfortunately, as Zilch didn’t sell you the item, you’ll need to do this before we can step in.

Hopefully, you’ll get a response from the store ASAP. If after 14 days, you haven’t had a resolution from them, contact our Customer Support Team. They’ll help you raise a claim against the retailer.
