How do I get started?
Once you’ve followed the steps to set up your account, you’ll receive your credit limit, which you’ll be able to spend using your virtual card. You can add this card to your digital wallet so you can Tap and Pay on the go, or you can copy and paste the card details when you’re shopping online.
For purchases using Tap and Pay, you’ll need to choose your default way of paying – whether that’s Pay now or Pay over 6 weeks. Don’t worry, you can change this at any time.
Then, when you’re ready to shop, all you need to do is enable your card.
How do I enable my card?
Log in to your account, then browse the app or use the search bar to find your chosen retailer
Select whether you’d like to spread the cost with Pay over 6 weeks or Pay now to receive Zilch Rewards
Click Enable card
We’ll automatically redirect you to your chosen store, so you can go ahead and fill your basket
When you’re ready to pay, come back to the app and copy your card details
