You can’t change the billing address of a card that’s already linked – but you can re-add the same card with the correct address. Just make sure you remove the original card once you’ve added the updated version.
Here’s how:
Go to Account
Tap Zilch account details
Select Connected debit cards
Swipe right and tap Add debit card
Enter your debit card details
Tap the Billing Address field to start typing
Choose your address from the list. If you don't see your address in the list provided, you can manually enter it by tapping Enter manually instead.
Tap Confirm and update
Select Continue on the confirmation screen
Review all the details
Tap Add debit card to finish
Remember: once a card is linked and confirmed, you won’t be able to change the billing address – so make sure it’s correct before you tap to add.
