How do I update my phone number?

Here’s how you can update your digits on your Zilch account

If your phone number changes, let us know. It’ll only take a second (and it means we can stay in touch with the important stuff). Just follow these steps…

  1. Open the Zilch app

  2. Head to My Account

  3. Click Personal Details

  4. Type in your new phone number

If you’re logging in to the Zilch app from a new handset, you’ll need to contact our Customer Support team to update your details.
