There are few ways to earn Zilch Rewards. You can earn Rewards when you refer a friend, when you sign up to Zilch through valid sign-up offers or when you use your Zilch card to Pay now. Here's more about how Rewards work and what to do if you think some are missing...
Refer a friend
If you've referred a friend and haven't received your Rewards yet, please note that Rewards are only applied to your account once your friend has made their first Tap and Pay purchase.
Sign-up offer
Applied to Zilch after seeing a sign-up offer? Remember, the bonus Rewards will only be added to your account once you've added your Zilch card to your digital wallet and made your first Tap and Pay purchase.
Pay now
When you enable your card for online purchases via our app, you’ll receive up to 5% of the purchase amount back in Rewards. When you Tap and Pay, use Zilch Anywhere, or use Apple, Samsung or Google Pay, you’ll receive 0.5% of the purchase amount back in Rewards.
