If you’ve lost a loved one and need to close their account, we’re so sorry for your loss – we’ll do anything we can to help during this difficult time.

If you contact our Customer Support team via live chat or on 020 3405 9775 – whatever is easiest for you – they’ll ask you for your loved one’s mobile phone number or home address and a copy of the death certificate. Once we have these, our specialist team will take over and will contact you to confirm the account closure.
