If you’re worried you can’t afford to make a payment, contact our Customer Support team. You can do this via live chat in the Zilch app or on our website when you’re logged in.

Our team will give you a few options to take control of your payment plan. These could include:

  • Arranging a new payment plan

  • Changing the way you make a payment

  • Changing the date you make your payment

  • Snoozing your due date

You can also reach out to an independent money adviser. We’ve partnered with StepChange – a debt management charity that gives free impartial advice.
