Once Amazon has processed your return, they’ll send the refund amount to us and we’ll credit it back to your account.
FYI, refunds can take up to 14 working days. We know waiting on a return can be frustrating but please be patient. If your return hasn’t been resolved within 14 days, contact our Customer Support Team.
What if I used Pay over 6 weeks?
If any instalments are still outstanding, we’ll adjust your repayments according to your refund amount. If you returned your entire order, we’ll refund you any payments you’ve previously made.
What if I used Pay now?
If you chose to Pay now, you’ll be refunded the full amount back to your card.
