If your card is declined when shopping with Amazon, don’t worry – we’ve got some things you can try.
First of all, make sure you’re following these steps:
Make sure your Amazon basket is empty
Log in to your Zilch account via the app or website
Tap the Amazon tile on the storefront
Choose Pay over 6 weeks or Pay Now
Click Enable card
You’ll be taken to the Amazon website, so you can start filling your basket
When you’re ready to checkout, simply copy your card details over from the app
Still struggling? Remember, your basket needs to be empty before you enable your card. If the transaction is declined, check you’ve emptied your basket and try again.
