There are a few reasons your Zilch card might not be working. If your payment has gone through but was declined, head to our declined payments help page.

If you're having trouble making an online purchase for Zilch, please check you've entered the following card details correctly:
Your card number
Your card expiry date
Your CVV
Your name (as shown on the card)
Make sure you're using the latest version of your Zilch card, for example, if you saved your card to a browser but it's since expired.

Zilch not working in-store
Before you can use your Zilch card to pay in-store, you need to add it to your digital wallet. Zilch works with Apple Wallet, Google Wallet and Samsung Wallet.
If you're still having issues, please check that:
Your phone's NFC setting is turned on
You hold your phone steady
You're using your digital wallet correctly (unlocking your phone or entering a PIN)
Your Zilch account may also have a block on it if:
You recently signed up and need to verify your ID
You have outstanding payments
You reported fraud
